Support Portal is your single window for all your support tickets, emails, screenshots and screencasts, organised by tickets/cases. Please use the green “Create Ticket” button to create a new ticket, explain the issue, and use the orange “Record” button to capture the screen, tab, and voiceover to explain the issue in detail. Pease records the screen, tab and then copy the URL of the screen recording and paste in the ticket details area for the support team to view the screen recording. This will help the support team to understand the issue and help you more accurately.
